Chicken stuffed pasta and Brats


When i arrived home tonite justy was well on his way to having dinner on the table. He had brats grilling, pasta boiling, and he was cutting up a shallot and some cremini mushrooms for a sauce to toss with the pasta. yes, he used amish butter to saute them in....and then used white wine....reduced it by half and added cream. while he did this i made up a pumpkin pie and put it in the oven. home made whipped cream topped it off. after doing dishes and ironing clothes...i called kelsey and wished him a happy 28th birthday. i am now ready to browse my new bon appetite magazine....and relax.
