t-bones, cobbler, and other delectibles...




tonite we grilled t-bones. we topped them off with buttermilk bluecheese under the broiler. we steamed broccoli and topped it with fresh squeezed lemon and kosher salt. mmm so good.


i threw in the picture of justy grillin' lamb chops from last nite. it had been snowing off and on all day. it was super cold out. but we HAD to grill the chops. i had also made a peach cobbler i proudly call 'schindler cobbler'


here is the recipe:
melt one stick of butter in a 2 qt casserole
in another bowl combine:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
whisk these ingredients together. pour into the melted butter. DO NOT STIR!
open one can of peaches and with a fork take one out at a time and plop onto the batter mixture.
place in preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes. and viola! the best cobbler!
