I was hungry for breakfast so that's what i made for dinner.
On St. Patrick's Day I made corned beef and had left overs. so i froze them in portions just right for making hash for breakfast. I had a couple of left over potatoes from dinner last nite. So tonite i sauted some onion, added my chopped up corned beef, and added the potatoes cut up. it was that easy! i then made some fried eggs over easy. i served it up with corn tortillas fried in oil and my homemade jalepeno green sauce. yum, yum!
then justy and is made chocolate chip peanut butter cookies...OMGosh. food makes life so wonderful! enjoy.
